Shipping Policy


1. Processing Time

 

We typically require 3 business days to prepare your order for shipment.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

 

We offer standard shipping for all orders.

Please note: Shipping time does not include processing time.

Estimated delivery time is 15–19 days

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time


3. What Is Processing Time?

 

After your order is placed, we perform quality checks and prepare your items for shipment.

 

Average processing time: 1–3 business days

For high-demand or low-stock items: 3–7 business days may be required


4. When Will My Order Ship?

 

We aim to process and ship your order within 7 business days, unless the item is a pre-order or a custom-made product.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please allow 1–2 extra days during holiday seasons.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

5. Pre-Order Items

 

For pre-order items, we provide an estimated shipping date, but cannot guarantee the exact day.

Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship them together once all items are available.


6. Order Changes or Cancellations

7. Lost Packages

 

Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, final delivery is their responsibility.

 

Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of shipment

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the item, email us and we’ll help initiate an insurance claim

9. Limitations

 

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete customer information, including:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Wrong contact information

Misspelled recipient name

 

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
